Rupantor.shop: Exchange, Refund, and Delivery Policy


These terms govern exchanges, returns, and delivery for all clothing orders placed on www.rupantor.shop. By placing an order, you agree to these policies.


1. Exchange and Return Policy (On-the-Spot Inspection)


We strongly encourage every customer to carefully check the product's size, condition, and quality before making the payment to our delivery agent.


1.1 Immediate Return (Mandatory)


If you find the product has:

  • A sizing issue (it does not fit).

  • A defect (damaged or flawed item).

  • You simply do not wish to take the product.

In any of these situations, you must return the item immediately to the delivery agent on the spot. No payment should be made for the returned item, only delivery charges.


Important Note on Returns: Rupantor.shop does not accept returns or exchanges once the delivery agent has left and payment has been completed. All inspection and return decisions must be finalized at the time of delivery.


2. Refund and Credit Policy


Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Cash Refunds: Are applicable only if the customer receives a product that is fundamentally defective or severely damaged and the item is returned to the delivery agent immediately.

  • Exchanges and Store Credit: In all other valid cases of returns made on the spot (e.g., sizing issues, change of mind), customers will be provided with one of the following:

    • An alternative clothing product of the same value.

    • An equal amount of Store Credit to be used for future purchases on Rupantor.shop.


3. Delivery Timing


We strive to ensure timely dispatch and delivery for all apparel orders. Please note that exact delivery times cannot be specified as all logistics are handled by third-party delivery partners.

Urgent/Special Deliveries:


If you require an urgent delivery, we may utilize faster parcel services (e.g., Pathao Parcel). This service requires the following conditions:

  • The product’s full amount must be paid in advance via Bkash or Nagad.

  • The delivery charge can be paid separately as Cash on Delivery (COD) directly to the rider.

  • The delivery charge is determined by the rates shown in the third-party parcel service app and is based on your location relative to the Rupantor.shop office.


Important Note: The timelines provided are estimates. Rupantor.shop is not responsible for delays caused by the 3rd party delivery company, natural disasters, or public holidays.
